The last time I flew into Dublin it was dawn time. The rising sun was golden before me and the plane I was in was skimming through white clouds that appeared as stallions galloping through the sky. They were refracting the sunbeams in such a way that there were tiny rainbows everywhere. Every once in a while the clouds would part revealing a quilt of so many kinds of emerald it boggled my poor sleep deprived mind. This was my ‘welcome to Ireland.’ So Failte! Be welcome in the ‘Land of Dawn’s Remembering.’

Ireland is a place where deep intelligence, incredible resourcefulness and the imaginal mind meet. The Irish have a passion for bringing folks together through sharing their amazing music, dance and storytelling. Visit any pub and have a conversation with topics that range from international politics, the work of James Joyce, and the third Faery Tribe, which turns out to be The Tuatha De Danaan. And all of this while drinking the best beer in the world.
